Sage

(Salvia officinalis)

Sage is often used in savory meat dishes and in stuffing. It can be used in soups, herbed butter and vinegar, and omelets. It sometimes used as an insect repellent. Sage is said to be good for the skin and is used in facial steams.  Drought tolerant and grows to 12″ tall. Sun.  Perennial.
