Rosemary ‘Hardy Hill’

Rosemary, Hardy Hill

(Rosemarinus officinalis)

Hardy Hill is an extremely cold tolerant variety discovered by garden author, Madeline Hill of Roundtop, Texas. Its said to grow to 5′ tall but I suspect that’s better left to warmer climates. I keep ours pruned down to about 3′ to avoid it being crushed by wet winter snow.  Perennial, full sun.
