Pepper ‘Poblano’

One of our newest favorites!  This mild, heart shaped, heirloom chile is perfect for stuffing.  It has medium thick walls that hold up well after roasting.  The fruit averages from 4-6″ long. Plants are well branched and very prolific.  Dried it is known as an ‘Ancho’ pepper and is used as a flavoring spice. 68 days.
