Pepper ‘Habanero’

These little beauties aren’t for the faint of heart! A Scotch Bonnet type pepper, Habaneros have a  blistering Scoville rating of 2000,000-325,000 units. Yowza! That’s about 80 times hotter than a Jalapeno!  The small orange fruit has a very distinct flavor aside from the heat.  Not a very heavy producer, but then again, how many do you really need?  90 days Sun.
