Pepper ‘Anaheim’

The most commonly used chili for Chili Rellenos.  7” long fruit tapering to a point turn from dark green to red.  Flavorful but not always hot, ‘slightly sweet with a little heat’.  Also known as California chile. It was originally cultivated around 1900 near Anaheim California.  78 days. Heirloom variety.
