Mint ‘Apple’

(Mentha suaveolens)

This variety of mint is sometimes referred to as “Woolly Mint”, because of the fuzzy texture of the  pale green leaves. It makes a wonderful, tummy soothing tea. It also makes great jelly, and is delicious in a variety of cooked foods such as pastas and couscous. Sun to part shade. Grows to 2”tall. Perennial loved by pollinators.
