Linaria purpurea ‘Canon J Went’ is a delightful plant with tall spikes of pink and mauve tiny flowers that resemble miniature snapdragons, appear from a basal clump of fine, grey-green leaves. Easy to grow and flowering prolifically in a sunny spot, the delicate plants take up little space and provide a softening haze in perennial borders. It grows 24’36” tall so does best at the back of a bed and will bloom from July until frost. Its really drought tolerant and a long lived perennial that bees and hummingbirds love!  This is one of those cottage garden plants that you will never want to be without.
