Catnip is a member of the mint family and is super easy to grow. It is often associated with its effect on cats but can also be used medicinally in humans. It is believed that catnip oil or tea can be used to relieve nervousness and headaches. Cats are very attracted to catnip. It produces white flowers that attract pollinators. Grows 2-3′ tall and prefers full sun to light shade.
